The installation is designed to maintain hot the coolant from the diesel engine cooling circuit and to provide batteries charging during long stationary of diesel railway vehicles. The installation can be also uses for diesel-generator sets.
The installation ensures the protection of engine and engine's auxiliaries from freezing and optimal conditions for diesel engine starting at any time.
Battery charger unit built-in is used for keeping accumulator batteries charged during long stationary.
